Cube meat, coat in flour / spice mix, add to slow cooker with some water, onions and peppers of your choice (or even carrots or potatoes!) put it is on slow and have a wonderful meal of tender beef and a delicious, flavorful gravy!
Meat should be fork tender. If you'd like gravy thicker, add a touch of cold water and cornstarch or a little cornmeal.
